The whole is the point.
in how I work, live, and think.
I close the gap between strategy and execution by building what belongs in between — looking for the next problem worth building for.
Open to roles in Business Operations and Enterprise Planning.

The framework
Feasibility Driven Planning
The framework · f(Demand, Capacity, Time)
Seven projects, one pattern. Every time I looked — at the planning system, the data platform, the execution schedules — the same thing was missing. Not the data, not the projects, not the people. The logic that holds demand, capacity, and time together.
Capstone
The diagnosis that explains why the other projects needed to exist
Every function solved its own version of the problem. No one had diagnosed the whole, so we did. Siloed operations accounted for 35% of the organisation's top-20 value destruction events.
Engineering S&OP System
The process structure that made planning visible
9 subsystems. 6,000 engineers. 27 countries. The data existed. The structure didn't. So we built it, and took demand visibility from 66% to 95%.
Glance Ecosystem
The platform that made the planning data usable
S&OP had structure. But no one had a single view to decide from. Built the integrated planning ecosystem, 50+ data sources into one platform, that shifted leadership from data gathering to decision making.
IBP for Surface
Where functional planning meets strategic alignment
Every function had priorities. The business had its own. IBP asked if they were ever the same. Proposed a three-anchor model that brought every function into one planning cadence. Approved for MVP.
Sanskrit · "one day, one step at a time"
How I Live
The version of me that shows up at work is shaped by the one who runs slowly, reads obsessively, travels wherever possible.
Still finding home.
