Built and standardised the engineering S&OP system across 9 global subsystems (6,000 people, 27 countries), growing demand visibility from 66% to 95% between 2023 and 2026 and reducing decision turnaround to a single review cycle; capacity and hiring decisions are made against budget
Developed and presented an IBP concept for the Surface business unit, proposing a three-anchor review model (business, product, function) with connected KPIs, designed to extend reconciliation from budget to P&L; approved by the president to proceed to MVP development
Built and am programme-managing an integrated execution scheduling framework, rolling out across 7 engineering subsystems (6 complete), designed to address tender inaccuracy and execution plan changes accounting for over 45% of value destruction
Defined governance, standards, and templates for consistent adoption of integrated execution schedules; embedded feedback loop into S&OP to continuously refine planning assumptions and execution outcomes
Co-developed the strategy that elevated Global Engineering Centres from support units to delivery hubs; the first two transitioned within six months and all centres are now formally upgraded, improving utilisation and achieving OPEX leverage
Built a Power BI capacity and cost model by location that helped executives set engineering's location strategy and OPEX targets for the growth ramp-up
Stood up the engineering planning function and transitioned it to a dedicated strategic-planning team to run at scale
Defined the Surface business unit's engineering organisational structure and operating governance during a reorganisation
Lead planning and execution reviews at VP and SVP level; drive initiatives through matrixed engineering, digital, and data teams without direct reporting authority
