Program Manager — Engineering Planning & Execution Systems

TechnipFMCHouston, USA
Developed and presented an IBP concept for Surface business, proposing a three-anchor review model (business, product, function) with connected KPIs, approved by senior leadership to proceed to MVP development
Built and am programme-managing an integrated execution scheduling framework across 9 global engineering subsystems, designed to address tender inaccuracy and planning gaps accounting for 51% of value destruction
Designed and built Glance 1.0 and 2.0, an integrated planning ecosystem connecting demand, capacity, budget, and actuals data for executive and subsystem S&OP reviews, including a Power App help chain tool to manage escalations and capture qualitative planning data
Built and standardised the engineering S&OP system across 9 global subsystems (6,000 people, 27 countries), growing demand coverage from 66% to 95% and reducing decision turnaround to a single review cycle
Defined governance, standards, and templates for consistent adoption of integrated execution schedules; embedded feedback loop into S&OP to continuously refine planning assumptions and execution outcomes
Lead planning and execution reviews at VP and SVP level; drive initiatives through matrixed engineering, digital, and data teams without direct reporting authority
July 2024 – June 2025
Operations

Program Manager — Operations

TechnipFMCHouston, USA
Developed the strategic framework that elevated Global Engineering Centres from support units to execution centres — two GECs transitioned by September 2025, improving utilisation and achieving OPEX leverage against engineering cost targets
Built a Power BI engineering footprint analysis modelling capacity, cost, and demand by location, to support OPEX reduction and engineering scale-up strategy for substantial business growth
Led enterprise root cause analysis on functional silos as part of TechnipFMC's Emerging Talents Capstone; identified systemic causes, proposed a seven-strategy transformation roadmap, and presented findings to leadership
Defined Surface business organisational structure; contributed to 10B engineering growth ramp-up capacity planning
Contributed to operational improvement initiatives through A3 problem solving (iComplete)

Program Manager — Engineering Planning

TechnipFMCHyderabad, India
Designed and built Glance 1.0, integrating demand, capacity, budget headcount, and actuals into a single executive view, and extended to Glance 2.0 for subsystem-level S&OP reviews; shifted leadership from data gathering to decision-making
Acted as business owner for the One Engineering workload planning initiative; collaborated with the Digital team to design centralised planning infrastructure
Built a Power App help chain tool embedded in the Glance ecosystem, capturing qualitative planning data and managing escalations across regional and executive tiers
Coordinated globally with SPS and SURF teams to map planning processes, tools, and methodologies across regions
April 2023 – June 2024
Operations

Program Manager — Operations

TechnipFMCHyderabad, India
Implemented lean management systems across Global Engineering Centres; defined KPIs for performance tracking and continuous improvement
Facilitated leadership visits through obeya design, meeting presentations, and Gemba walks, building operational rhythm across GEC sites
Coordinated and managed multiple stakeholders and programs across concurrent initiatives
